Walks Forward -------------

| 1 | With correct posture, commence for example with feet together, weight on left foot | |—|—| | 2 | Maintaining the posture throughout, commence to move the body weight forward | | 3 | Move RF forward, first on ball of foot, then releasing floor contact to arrive on the heel, immediately lowering to the flat of foot at the extent of the stride | | 4 | The heel of the back foot is released as centre weight is achieved, creating a long line through the back leg | | 5 | Draw left foot toward right foot with pressure on the ball of the foot, simultaneously collecting the body weight onto the right foot |
